How to Unlock "This Is My Ship Now" in Halo: Campaign Evolved

Take over the Pillar of Autumn by turning Halo's Marine AI against itself.

Some Halo achievements test your aim or your reflexes. This Is My Ship Now instead rewards your understanding of Halo's AI. After Captain Keyes is killed, the Marines aboard the Pillar of Autumn immediately become hostile. Rather than defeating them, you must lure every one of them into the bridge observation room and seal them inside.

Step 1. Reach the Bridge

Progress through the opening mission until Captain Keyes is standing inside the bridge observation area with six Marines nearby.

Before attacking him, familiarise yourself with the observation room and its doorway, since this is where the achievement takes place.

Step 2. Kill Captain Keyes

Eliminate Captain Keyes using any weapon.

The surviving Marines immediately recognise Master Chief as hostile and begin chasing you.

Step 3. Lead the Marines

Instead of fighting them, sprint toward the observation room while keeping their attention. Allow the Marines to follow you through the doorway.

Your goal is to have all six Marines inside the room before attempting to seal it.

Step 4. Seal the Observation Pen

Once all six Marines are inside, move back through the doorway and trigger it to close.

If none escape before the door seals, the achievement unlocks.

Common Mistake

The achievement will not unlock if even one Marine remains outside. Pause briefly and make sure every Marine has entered the observation room before closing the door.
